W2j Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Membership & Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the w2j.run website and all associated services. w2j is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms have been prepared in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

By registering with w2j or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

W2j reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with w2j, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all of them will be closed.
• You are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being cancelled at any time.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact w2j Support immediately.

W2j reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Even after registration, if any information is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or closed.

W2j follows international Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal or when transactions exceed a certain threshold.

Documents that may be required for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• OTP verification to your registered mobile number.
• Proof of ownership of a bKash or Nagad account — which must match the details provided at registration.

W2j reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Provided the information on file is accurate, this process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 (bKash & Nagad). Maximum limits are determined by your account level.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there's a delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 18 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is completed.
• For suspicious transactions, w2j may require additional time to carry out verification.

The following rules apply to all betting on w2j. They cover every type of betting on the platform — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and crash games.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, unless the game provider confirms a technical error.
• If a technical error is identified in the odds or the outcome of a game, w2j reserves the right to void the bet or apply the corrected result.
• In-play bets may be declined due to network delays — this is a normal part of the process.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts or engaging in arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.
• If manipulation or unfair advantage is suspected, w2j will communicate its decision upon completion of the investigation.

The cash-out feature in Sports Betting is available on selected matches. The cash-out amount is based on the odds at that moment and may differ from the final result.

W2j regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own detailed terms listed on the offer page. However, some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. It does not apply if you already have an existing account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. The wagering amount is specified separately for each offer.
• Bets placed with bonus funds are generally restricted to Sports Betting and slots — individual offers may have different terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• You have the option to forfeit your bonus — simply go to Account Settings to release your bonus balance at any time.
• Violating bonus terms or attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.

W2j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Check the Promotions page regularly for the latest offers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w2j. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Betting using match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider information about any event.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

If w2j detects any suspicious activity, your account may be suspended without prior notice, and a final decision will be communicated once the investigation is complete.

W2j believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we provide members with a range of protective tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break from betting for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: A feature that reminds you how long you have been playing at set intervals.

Any member may request to close their account at any time by emailing support@w2j.run or submitting a request via live chat. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

W2j also reserves the right to close or suspend an account on its own initiative for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• If registration using false or incorrect information is proven.
• If an account remains completely inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) — prior notice will be given before any action is taken.
• Under direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

If you wish to appeal an account closure decision, you may do so by contacting support@w2j.run. Appeals will receive a response within 7 business days.

W2j reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please submit a request to close your account.
